Yes he can, no he can't.
Ha
As I remember the functionality of zero as a divisor depends on the circumstances in which it is done.
Whilst it's patently absurd in simple arithmetic it's an essential tool in calculus and complex analysis.
So God (and Chuck Norris) can't divide by zero when sharing apples, but he can when identifying limits of functions.
